Terms and Conditions of your Booking.
1.The party leader / person in charge of the booking must have authority to make the booking on behalf of all persons travelling, and is accepting all terms and conditions on behalf of the entire party.
2.The lake is available from 11.00 on the first Saturday and must be vacated by 10.00 on the Saturday of departure. The lodge is available from 12.00 on the first Saturday and must be vacated by 09.00 on the Saturday of departure. A deposit of £400.00 per week is required. This is non-refundable & will be deducted from the total cost of the holiday.
3.The outstanding balance must be paid in full 8 weeks before departure. If booking takes place within 8 weeks of departure, the total cost must be paid at the time of booking. The price of your holiday is fixed & will not change.
4.You may be liable to a cancellation fee: 8 weeks prior to the travel date deposit only 4-8 weeks prior to the travel date 50% of cost of holiday Less than 4 weeks prior to the travel date full cost of holiday All cancellations must be made in writing by the person making the booking.
5.It is the responsibility of each member of the party to ensure they hold a valid 10 year British passport and current travel / holiday insurance for the period of the holiday. KPH Lakes Limited will not be liable for any damage, loss, illness or injury resulting in failure to have this cover.
6.The lake owner is not liable for any loss or damage to the personal belongings of customers at the lake.
7.The party leader / person in charge of the booking must have the authority to make the booking on behalf of all persons travelling. It is the responsibility of the party leader / person in charge of the booking to ensure all members of the group travelling to the lake have read and accepted the terms and conditions.
8.Only the named persons shown on the booking form are permitted to travel.
9.We reserve the right to terminate all services provided to you if any behaviour is judged to cause harm to other clients, other people or property. In such an event, an appropriate cancellation fee will apply and no refund or compensation will be forthcoming.
10.Force Majeure: We are not liable for any loss, cancellation or delay caused by the following events: industrial disputes, strikes, closure of ports, weather conditions, fire, storm, flood, riots, political unrest, war or the threat of war, terrorist activity or any other event beyond our control.
